Fine Arts For Ocala

Artists are chosen by an independent panel of four judges. There are artists from all over the country bringing their beautiful pieces to downtown Ocala, Florida. The Art Festival is produced by an all-volunteer board and draws more than 25,000 visitors each year.

Formed in 1972 with a simple mission; to promote the appreciation of the fine arts and to enhance art education within our community. FAFO continues to support arts education through scholarships and various community programs.

First Friday Art Walk

The First Friday Art Walk takes place the first Friday of each month, September through May from 6 to 9 p.m. First Friday Art Walk is a free event located within Ocala's historic downtown. Event festivities include over 30 artist displays, monthly live entertainment, free family art activities provided by local arts organizations and extended shopping hours.
